Awareness of food is meaningful. Think about fat-free products, diets and sustainable processes of production. But should having a meal not be a social and pleasurable activity too? Everybody remembers to bubble the Fristi(pink fruity milk, Dutch) from childhood. Just play with your food! Fristi 3000 focusses on this collective memory to create a spatial experience, a world of pink bubbles!
The design is nominated for the Dutch annual Day for Architecture '12 with the theme 'Appetizing Architecture'. On the exhibition Food and Architecture the design was revealed publicly.
